Yellow Throught

Join TWC staff & volunteers for a series of short (1-1½ hours) Bird & Nature walks this spring and summer as we look for the last of our wintering ducks and sparrows and watch for our spring migrants and summer nesting birds.  Walks include Sweek Pond and Hedges Creek Wetland in the heart of Tualatin.  Meet at the Tualatin Heritage Center, 8700 SW Sweek Drive, next to the new Tualatin Police Station.

Thursday, August 23rd – 8:00 AM – Summer will be coming to an end for the local birds as their young fledge and they begin to stage for fall migration.

For more information call TWC at 503-691-1394 or the Heritage center at 503-885-1926.
