Event Coordinator--Researcher

NCAP has an upcoming board meeting this fall in Seattle. Our members live in five states of the Northwest and convene four times annually, making logistics (travel, lodging, food, etc.) critical. An ideal volunteer would be willing to perform web based research to identify the following: availability of lodging transfers from airport, facility rentals, overnight accomodations, food, etc.

We are on a shoestring budget so the ideal volunteer would be willing to carefully follow-up and track all bids, prices, deadlines, refund policies, even ask for discounts when appropriate. The volunteer would give present this information to our Executive Director in a readable and organized format so she can make all final decisions in accordance with our board member's special needs and our budget.
