By pushing forward innovative sustainability practices, leaders in our community are creating a healthy future for people and the planet.
Each year, The Environmental Center in Bend presents the Sustainability Awards to luminaries in four categories: Small Business (less than10 employees), Large Business (more than 10 employees), Organization (government & nonprofits), and Individual.
If you, your business, your organization, or someone you know has made significant contributions to sustainability in our Central Oregon community, we hope you will consider submitting an application.

Step 2: Submit Your Application by August 31
Applications must be submitted by 5:00pm on August 31, 2011. Submit applications to:

The selection process is quite competitive and the more complete your application is, the better chance you will have at being selected as a winner. We encourage you to look at previous profile's of last year's winners and contact us if you have any questions.

Self-nominations will be accepted and are encouraged, especially for businesses and other organizations.
